Eric is an Associate Director within Technical Expert Witness Services, supporting lead technical experts in the preparation of expert reports for construction and engineering disputes. His work involves detailed technical analysis of design, construction and contractual matters; drafting and substantiation of expert reports; and undertaking site inspections and technical investigations. His recent dispute-related experience includes PFI schools defects analysis and Infrastructure project contract conduct analysis, where he has contributed to factual review, technical causation assessment and evidential support.

Eric brings over 20 years of international experience across infrastructure, aviation, commercial, education and residential sectors, providing a strong technical and practical foundation for dispute resolution, expert testimony and advisory services.

Prior to expert witness work, Eric acted as design lead and senior architect on numerous complex projects, providing him with first‑hand experience of the issues typically arising in disputes:

  • Aviation infrastructure including Heathrow, Gatwick, Dublin, Jeddah, Astana and NEOM airports and droneports
  • Commercial developments and large‑scale refurbishments
  • Transport interchanges, cruise terminals, bridges and public infrastructure
  • Residential masterplanning and regeneration schemes

He has extensive experience across RIBA Stages 1–5, including concept and detailed design, BIM coordination, technical assurance, construction review, site inspections, snagging, and as‑built documentation.

  • Residential Building Cladding Defect Analysis – review of façade systems, detailing, workmanship and compliance
