How We Work With Legal & Clients’ Teams

• Early involvement to assist in shaping the case strategy: We add value from the outset through our forensic review of the factual matrix including but not limited to the contract documentation, scope of work, programme (schedule) of works, project communications, variations, claims and the expenditure incurred to help establish the early identification of key issues and potential causes, and the selection of the most appropriate delay and or quantum analysis methodologies.  
• Quantum risk analysis and exposure modelling: For example, evaluating the potential cost impact of cumulative disruption such as – reduced labour productivity, re‑sequencing, access constraints, and late information – and modelling the likely financial exposure under different construction‑phase scenarios.
• Defect rectification costs: The evaluation of the potential cost impact of defect rectification such as rework, replacement, access arrangements, and consequential disruption, and modelling the likely financial exposure under different remediation scenarios.
• During the dispute process:  We carry out forensic delay and or cost analyses and causation analyses, translate complex project, programme and cost data into clear findings which assist in the assessment of entitlement and liability.
