Yarema was a director of an architectural practice for 11 years, and later worked for an insurer, advising on cladding claims and Building Regulations Principal Designer duties.

- Strong grasp of construction health & safety, having acted as CDM Principal Designer and worked from site offices. He holds a current CSCS card, enabling access to construction sites.
